Great design and writing play a critical role in building a great brand. However, it’s how the customer experience over time — trust, authority, and credibility — that matter most.

Fundamentally, a personal relationship and business relationship require the same amount of respect and understanding. It’s not about showing off, but about putting your best foot forward to build trust, authority, and credibility.

Delivering a positive brand experience is the sum total of all touchpoints across all channels: social media, website, sales staff. Delivering meaningful brand experiences for consumers is really about delighting them in a consistent and genuine way.

“The measure of intelligence is the ability to change.”
